Merchandise & Inventory Manager - Full Time (Quản lý Hàng hóa & Kiểm soát Tồn kho)

Job Scope:

OHQUAO is an innovative concept store offering both consignment and in-house products. We take pride in offering a curated selection of products to our customers while also providing a platform for other brands and artisans to showcase their goods on consignment. As we expand and manage multiple stores and inventory channels, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stock & Inventory Manager to streamline our processes, improve organization, and enhance the efficiency of our stock management.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Stock & Inventory Manager to oversee all aspects of inventory management across our stores. This individual will also be responsible for tracking and controlling consignment stock that is sent to external locations. The role requires someone who can transform our current inventory system into a more streamlined, efficient, and easily understandable operation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with other staff members and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Manage and oversee the inventory across stores, including both in-house and consignment products.
• Consignment Tracking: Track and control all consignment inventory sent to external locations, ensuring stock is accounted for accurately and in real-time.
• Stock Organization: Design and implement a clear, accessible system for product storage, ensuring that all stock is categorized and labeled appropriately.
• Map Creation: Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory map for each store, making it easy for staff to locate and manage stock efficiently.
• Stock Audits: Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure product availability aligns with the system records.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on stock levels, sales performance, and consignment product statuses to management.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with in-house production team and vendors to ensure timely stock replenishment, manage stock orders, and handle returns.
• Staff Training & Supervision: Train and guide other staff members on inventory management processes, helping them adhere to the set procedures.
• Problem Solving: Identify areas for improvement in the inventory management process and suggest and implement solutions for more efficient stock control.
• Product Transfer & Reconciliation: Ensure smooth transfers of stock between stores and third-party consignment locations, with full reconciliation of items.
