Partnership & Vendor Coordinator - Full Time

Job Scope:

We’re looking for a Partnership & Vendor Coordinator to build and manage relationships with our vendors and partners! You’ll handle everything from sourcing and onboarding new brands to coordinating product imports and deliveries, while also exploring exciting collaborations to bring unique products to our stores. If you’re great at negotiation, organization, and love working with brands, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor partnerships—work with existing brands and suppliers to keep product flow smooth.
• Source and onboard new vendors—find exciting brands and negotiate terms to bring them into our stores.
• Handle contracts and paperwork—coordinate agreements, pricing, and consignment terms.
• Work with internal teams to arrange deliveries, product setup, and store launches.
• Explore new product collaborations—connect with brands to create unique co-branded items.
• Ensure smooth product importation—from order placement to in-store display.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships—act as the key contact for any issues, updates, or opportunities.
• Monitor vendor performance—track sales, inventory levels, and collaboration success.
• Coordinate promotions and campaigns with vendors for seasonal collections or special launches.
• Stay on top of trends—research new brands, products, and retail partnerships to keep our store fresh.
